Technique 38 is one of the key chapters in the Head to Toe Body’s Repair Manual, as it cures all kinds of aches and pains, regardless of where they are in your body. It does this via a simple hand massage, which stimulates a crucial energy point. Although this is one of the easiest massages to perform in the Head to Toe Body’s Repair Manual, it is also one of the most helpful, and is one that all Qigong practitioners should look to perform on a regular basis, keeping their energy lines flowing freely and riding their body of any pains.
The following techniques may also help with knee pain:
- Technique 58: This technique actually focuses on a knee massage, which can directly help with any aches and pains that you have there. These massages need only be performed for a couple of minutes at a time, but it’s important to get them right, which is where the instructions in the Head to Toe Body’s Repair Manual come in. This massage technique can also help with sciatic pain, chest pain and hip pain.
- Techniques 55 and 64: Both of these techniques help with numbness in your feet and legs, which may be the result of knee pain, nerve pain or poor circulation. These techniques can also help with hip pain and a number of other ailments.

- Group Healing Session: If you phone the Spring Forest Qigong Centre then you can book yourself an appointment with one of their healers in what is known as a Group Healing Session. These last for just ten minutes, but in those ten minutes you will experience direct healing from an experienced Qigong master, and they might even be able to cure your knee pain.
