The Chinese tea can be divided into 6 categories: green tea, black tea, yellow tea, white tea, oolong tea, and dark tea.   1. Green tea

  1. Black tea

Even it is called black tea, the color of the tea is red. It is the full fermented tea (the fermentation degree is higher than 80%). It is mild in nature. It is very suitable for people that have a cold stomach, or people that have cold hands and feet, or even for elderly.

The way yellow tea is made, which is similar to the green tea. However, the sweltering process takes 3 days. Therefore, it is cold in nature. Its function is similar to the green tea.

So, the white hair on the back of the tea leaves can be preserved completely. It is also cold in nature. The suitable group for the white tea is similar to the green tea. Oolong tea belongs to the half-fermented tea. It is the tea category that between green tea and black tea. It is mild in nature, which is suitable for a wide range of people.

  1. Dark tea (Pu-erh tea)
