The following is a complete transcription of an interview with Chunyi Lin, the founder of Spring Forest QiGong, explaining how QiGong is used as a simple tool to heal the body from injury. No matter what kind of injuries a person has, or what kind of a disease a person has, QiGong offers a simple solution. It is not like going to a doctor, where they help to analyze these cells and that group of cells, and what they do with DNA, and what kind of ailments and particles are inside.

In QiGong, it is just something that is very simple. Everything is energy. All of the diseases are just energy in different forms. As long as you open up the energy channels – as long as you put the body back to its original form, and get down low to the blueprint – your body knows. Your body has the wisdom to heal itself.

When you are in the moment of QiGong, feeling serenity, and when you do some simple movements repeatedly to help to activate the energy channels so that energy can flow nicely, all these energy blockages open and then the body heals.

Injury is in the mind. Emotional energy blockages, spiritual energy blockages, physical energy blockages, they are just energy in different forms. With this practice, you are able to help balance the energy so that the body heals. That is it.
