Description

This Tenmoku Tea Cup is the perfect tea sipping cup for any type of tea. It is lightweight and glazed, making it easy to handle and great for bringing out the soft water properties in tea.

The design, also known as Jianzhan, dates as far back as the Song Dynasty. Revived in the early to mid 2000s, Tenmoku has become synonymous with high end and artistic tea cups. Any tea can be used with this selection but we suggest primarily Oolongs, Green Tea & Black Tea. At approximately 50ml in capacity, it is the perfect Tenmoku Tea Cup to accompany any tea.

All products in our Tenmoku lineup are sourced from our resident pottery masters in Taiwan.
