Browse our selection of tightly sealed tea tins for sale, designed to provide durable protection for any tea. Currently, we offer our standard black tea tin, which comfortably holds up to 150 grams of tea. Other colors, such as red or gold, are available by special request.

These tea tins primarily cater to various loose-leaf teas. While smaller leaf varieties can fit up to 150 grams comfortably, larger leaf teas, such as long needle white tea, green tea, or black tea, may require a lower capacity. To maximize freshness, place the original bag where the tea was stored directly into the tin.

A wide variety of tea comes with a best-before date of 1 to 3 years. The tea is still drinkable after that date, but it will lose much of its potency. Green and white tea will lose their fresh and delicate flavors. Black and oolong tea may taste stale, and won’t have the fruity notes for which oolong is known or the malty punch that makes black tea unique. By storing your leaves in one of these tea tins, you can ensure they stay fresh throughout that time. They may still lose some of their potency over the years. However, the tea you place in a specially-designed tin will typically stay fresh much longer than the tea you simply throw in the cupboard.
