Explore this Duanni Zisha Teapot for sale. Made from authentic yellow ‘Duanni’ Zisha clay from Yixing, China. This is a handmade teapot from the grandson of one of China’s most famous teapot makers, Jiang Rong. Her lineage spans several decades and we were fortunate to meet both her son and grandson during a 2024 trip to Yixing, China. While visiting their store we viewed all sorts of Jiang Rong’s famous teapots but ultimately decided to purchase some of her family member’s pieces due to pricing and availability. This Duanni Zisha teapot is handmade and very lightweight. The pumpkin lid design in Duanni style is increasingly rare and we do not anticipate many more teapots in this style to be produced. Perfect for individual sipping any sort of dark tea or roasted Oolongs.
