1. Our signature lightly oxidized Oolong is perfect for Spring and Summer. It’s floral, crisp, and refreshing, but also has a delicate sweetness. Like many Taiwanese Oolongs, it has a distinctive creaminess, while the light roasting retains many of the fresh flavors. This is a premium Oolong that serves as a great representation of Taiwanese Oolong. Available in tea bag form.
2. An award-winning deep roast Oolong from Taiwan known as Tieguanyin. It is great for any season. It’s a deep, rich flavor, with a distinctive wood-fired aroma. The wood-firing process imparts strong, malty, and woody flavors into the tea, while giving it a thick mouthfeel. Available in tea bag form.
3. 3 different kinds of Wuyi Rock Tea from Fujian, China. This selection includes Big Red Robe, Iron Monk “Tie Luo Han” and Rou Gui. You can explore this famous tea region with three different expressions, each offering something different. Big Red Robe comes from old tea trees and has strong mineral flavors. Iron Monk is more robust, with notes of stone fruits and dark chocolate. Rou Gui delivers flavors of spice and minerals, but with sweet undertones. All selections are loose leaf.
