Duanni Zisha is a naturally mineral clay that creates a strong and stable structure during the firing process. Despite its durability, it’s surprisingly porous. Over time, the inside of the pot will develop a patina. What’s more, it absorbs aromatic oils from each cup, essentially seasoning the pot.
