Shui Xian Oolong comes from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China. Also known as Lao Cong Shui Xian, this rock tea variety is a heavy roast and full bodied selection that is known for its uniquely light but smoky flavor.
This premium selection derives from a tea growing area within the Wuyi National Park, making it a Zhengyan variety. It’s available in loose leaf form in classic packaging.

The climate and elevation is perfect for tea, but the steep mountains also play their part. They diffuse the sunlight and mean the tea plants don’t produce as many sharp and bitter compounds.
