You don’t need to break off any chunks as you do with larger tea bricks. To brew, simply add two of the nuggets to hot water. We recommend discarding the first pour to wake up the tea, after which you can steep the leaves multiple times. Increase the steeping period each time to maximize how much flavor you draw from these nuggets.
