Many Gourmet Oolong Teas present with floral notes. They can be creamy, sweet, delicate, and aromatic. However, this one is a little different. The roasting process transforms the typical Oolong flavors and gives the tea leaves more depth. They are sweeter and fruiter, with the sort of malty notes typically reserved for black teas.

You may detect notes of roasted nuts, wild honey, caramel, and dried fruits. The traditional Oolong flavors are still there, but the roasting process gives delicate flavors an added complexity.
